Choosing the right wall panels for your facility is an incredibly important decision as they can play a very integral role in your ability to comply with regulatory standards medical facilities typically require wall surfaces and construction that are:

Aluminum Faced Fire & Sound Panel
Our standard Aluminum-Faced Fire and Sound panel offers a highly durable, yet economical option for achieving environmental control.
- High abrasion and chemical resistance.
- Easy-to-clean
- Achieves class A noncombustible rating.
- Provides sound deadening properties.
- Other panel facing options include painted steel, FRP or vinyl.
Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
Aluminum honeycomb wall panels are a lightweight option that are cleanable, non-outgassing, non-particle shedding and anti-static. Tested in accordance with ASTM E595, these wall panels decrease product contamination.
- Very lightweight.
- White painted aluminum sheet.
- Achieves class A noncombustible rating.
- Tested in accordance with ASTM E595.
- Provides sound deadening properties.
Custom Panels Available
Alternate surfaces and cores are available to meet the requirements of any application. Surfaces offered include melamine, vinyl, painted steel, stainless steel, high-pressure laminates, and porcelainized steel. Typical panel cores come in expanded polystyrene, paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, gypsum board, polyisocyanurate and mineral wool.
